TOSD is a premium retail cannabis dispensary & consumption lounge located in Jersey City Heights, JC; steps away from the 9th st. light rail station.

SW3AT’s facilities provide holistic service and practitioner based wellness offerings whereas, The Other Side provides cannabis as an alternative or additional wellness option. Founded by Alyza Brevard-Rodriguez, she is the 1st licensed Black, Latin X, LGBTQ, Female Disabled Veteran to be awarded a coveted cannabis license in NJ.

TOSD is normalizing cannabis by offering a high-end retail experience along with an educational component within the facility. The brand remains committed to advocacy for military Veterans and underserved communities of color that have been harmed by the unjust war on drugs.
